I am appointed to cook staff meals every wednesdays, so today i had this idea to cook up a rather chinese dish...
Stir-fried oyster mushrooms and cube chicken with chinese wine
now, oyster mushrooms are not hard to find..actually all the ingredient used are
reachable here...
Oyster mushrooms- 100gm
Chicken cube- Best use chicken breast - 30gm
Slice shallots and garlic..
Chinese cooking wine - one coffee cup
Thick soy sause - half a tablespoon
Chicken stock (powder form)- to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Heat up the pan with oil..making sure it is hot
2. throw in the slice garlic and shallots..stir fried till the smells is sensable
3. add in the cube chicken breast
4. When chicken is half done, add in the oyster mushrooms
5. Straight away ass in the chinese cooking wine
6. Then let it boil for about 5 minutes and add in the chicken stock, thick soy sause
7. salt and pepper to taste
Now, when u cook this mushroom it is gonna let out alot of liquid so there is no need of adding water to it.
I've forgotten the name of the chinese wine, i'll check it out tomorrow and tell you..
Here's a picture of how a oyster mushroom looks like
