So what makes my day awesome?Girls? Basketball? Hanging? well, all that. But most of all its the call i got from my friend hon tzern! He called me today from singapore!! How awesome is that?! Called to wish me happy chinese new year(For those of you who are still blur about that festive season.)
So as i was saying, he called, and he called from a public phone! So cheap man, 40 cent can talk for like 10 min or more! I do miss someone elso tho, besides bau(not gay ok)

ealier tonight, i opened a bottle of white wine, Van Loveren is the name. Lovely wine! No joke! I had my bro, sis, Christine(cousin), my 2 godsisters taste the wine, teach them abit of wine tasting from what i've learn in college. I would say its rather useful and i find that its a blessing to even have thos knowledge.
As some of them continue drinking, afew of them got a lil high(or very) haha, we started joking around. I've another red wine waiting in the chiller, and a white wine too, carbenet sauvignon, and chadonnay. Good wine i would say. Can't wait to try them out tmr or something.
All in all it was a good day, had a great time. My uncles are gambling behind me, man when i see them gamble, it makes me laugh coz they look exactly like small kids!!! Then again, i totally disagree with them, they shouldn't have been gambling..

Knowledge is definitely something that can boost our confidence. I've tried some red wines and I cannot say I like it at all. Not too sure about white though. As far as being a friend, I do have something to say.
You talked about disagreeing with gambling, and I would disagree as well. The fact that having fun playing cards and chat can be just as enjoyable without gambling is a true statement. However, I cannot put aside that fact that drinking wine in your case is right either. I understand that being in the house and with parents around, it's not too dangerous. However, just like you disagreeing with the gambling, I totally disagree with the situation you brought up about you all drinking wine.
Even though you do work with wines, learning them, using them, and having to drink them to know the distinct taste, I don't think you drink it to get a little drunk. You drink wine to compliment the meal you're having or even to stay healthy. At least that's what I've always thought to be true, and you having more expertise in this situation should know better than me.
