FOOD....cuci mata

February 2nd me and my committee, well half of it went for Korean food..it was my first time, and it was in Ampang.

This is a rice-cake with spice and sweet sauce..SYOK!!
(whats the name again, Ruth)

Barbeque Pork-belly!!! I was mesmerized by the barbeque set more than the pork itself haha

Ah…finally I got to post some pictures up of the events and happenings. Starting from the most recent to the ancient!



*Baked spaghetti in tomato basil sauce with orange grilled chicken*

This is a Bavarian cake me and my bradders did in class!!!

Open your eyes and don’t drool!!!

Bavarian cake with cocoa glaze and fresh strawberries*


*Mornay cake with beetroot vinegrette sauce*

Seared duck breast & duck-leg spring roll with gastrique sauce/ orange reduction, served with glazed carrot and sautéed asparagus*


Kinda blur..but can’t expect much from a phone-cam

*baked seabass & roulade with white-wine sauce, dolphinoise potatoes and couscous*


Very much like to cook, it has become a passion for me…Never thought I could do such things, even if it’s not perfect yet. I wanna do better; I wanna push myself to the very edge and beyond my limitations.
