Pâtes et Salade

So i decided to cook dinner for myself and my wacky sister, since my uncle is away for business trip. Due to my hectic schedules, i can only resort to simple dishes such as Pasta and salads, so that was exactly what i did.

After class today at about 4pm, me, sis and alvin(tagging along) went to the nearest giant hyper-mart to get some of the ingredients needed, trying a the same time to limit and lower the cost of it. So here is what i scrum out..it wasn't extravagant or look *fine dining* but still it tastes well, and most importantly it fills me tummy up!! BURPP!!

Mix Salad with pan-fried beef tender-loin, hard-boil eggs
and balsamic vinaigrette

Simple Pasta dish:
Spaghetti with sundried tomatoes, pan-sear beef
with saute white button mushrooms

Gracious me, was the dinner filling!! Me and sis eat till we couldn't move, and there was a lil left over tomatoes...so since we are so full and immovable, my sis decided to camp-whore a lil'
