Who are Your friends?

A question was raised, "Do you have someone who you can call a good good friend?" That was what was ask by Ps Mike last night during CG congre.

Yes, anyone could say "Of course i have friends" but do you, or I have a good friend whom i can trust 100 percent..who is always here for me, listening to the very same thing that i've been complaining about a million times before, even though feeling bored of it but yet never fails to listen.

As much as each of us would agree on the importance of friendship, and the need of a friend in our life, there is a dark reality that lingers behind, that is the fact that good trustworthy friends are hard to find. But if you and me have at least 1 of this friend, how blessed we are! Last night's topic have left me thinking alot, and so much to the point that i have doubts about friends...don't get me wrong, i have friends i know i have, but i've seen so many "good" friend come and go. Some even lost touch. The very fact is that no one on earth can live alone and by themselves, heck even widows need friends.
There's a saying that goes " The friend who can be silent with us in a moment of despair or confusion, who can stay with us in an hour of grief and bereavement, who can tolerate not knowing...not healing, not curing..that is a friend who cares"-

Question: "can someone try so hard to try to be a good friend, that he/she forgets that they
need such friends too?"

"A true friend is someone who thinks that you are a good/perfect egg even though he/she knows that you are slightly cracked" This is normally easier said than done, if a friend can seriously look at u that way, praise God, but if not than YOU look at them that way...-wrong judgment is deadly-

Question: " How much of "boredom" or time would a true friend take and give?"

I may not know all those who are my true friends, but i am really grateful for them. Even though sometimes i do ponder about the true friends i have, i know well their intentions are for the best for me. I really thank God that i even have people whom i can call friends in this life time. You guys know who you are, for u have share the good times with me and in my bad times you stood by me even at times when you seem invisible.

God made the world with a heart full of love, then he looked down from heaven above, and saw that we all needed a helping hand, someone to share with, who'll understand.
