Camps..camps..Musical...Part 1

I reckon this post is gonna be enormously long....i know i know, i should ahve been updating on the camps and everything but i'm just so caught up with musical practices and also preparation for a family christmas party..haha...
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Alrite first of all Youth Quake...It was a bomb no doubt, i was one of the worship leader, the other was Phoebe (The picture of the band is in the previous post). It was awesome to see how God could use us in such a short time of practice..We only had 1 week of practice and that we have to practice almost 30 songs. Now if it wasn't God's intervention, i don't know whos could it have been.

Well besides that, there was worship and the main session was conducted by Sean McDowell, An awesome speaker, full of charisma and he is good, very down to earth...was able to really relate to today's generation of youths...
Then, there was this crazy yet fun outdoor activities on the third day, which started at about 9am in the morning and ended at about 4plus pm in the evening...now that's CRAZY!!!! But we had a sheer lot of fun, seeing every team battling it out and witting it out to be on top, but my team "Yoshua" Even though we did not got top, but during the games and adventures i could see a whole new dimension and perspective of the term "Team work-Others first"..Here are some pictures..enjoy...
This was a camp that i've been waiting for, for 5 years now..the last YouthQuake was when i was 14 years old..Almost 500 people from all walks of life, but under the methodist church participated, i was very glad that my Cg mates made it for the camp...4 days is too short
---------------------------------------------------------------------

Next up, MYF camp. Myf stands for Methodist Youth Fellowship. This camp is a local church camp. The camp was held at pangkor bay view resort...This resort on the shores of Teluk Nipah has been catering for our youth camps for many years...It was more of a intimate kinda camp, because compared to YQ, there's about 67 of us in this camp. Which makes it easier and much more fun, plus it is 5 days. From sitiawan, it kinda approximately 45 minutes to reach pangkor, first by land transport then by sea. Here are some pictures...
Juan, Me and Ruth on the ferry to Pangkor.
Now the catapillar moves
This is the aftermath of the arse dragging human catapillar.
Everymove i make i make in You(Jesus)
In our room, Josh beinng squished by Tzern.

Alrite..i can't post more now, because i've a vocals practice to go to...will continue again when i get the time. I promise ya'al...God Bless and a Blessed Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
