Las Carretas!!!

This will be a moment in time that i will always remember. A place which became my second home while doing my industrial training....for the last 2 months. It was a swell of a time spend there, tho there was the ups and downs, but compared to the friendship i've made, and the knowledge i've gain...I thank the Lord above for the blessing..

So today was my last day, and 1 week ago i was given a task, or rather a challenge to dish out an appetizer for the chef's table, to cut the long long story short, i began to scratch my hairs out thinking of what to do, but i'm so thankful that i had advice, and help from both my chef and my boss.. The result of to night was awesome, the feed backs from the customer was good, and my boss told me i have potential...hmmm still find it rather hard to believe..
So, after that i got trash by my colleagues, with all sorts of liquids and oils hahaha...i will have some pictures up as soon as possible...rather tired now..
