Rejuvenated

Wow, last nite was awesome... CG congre, it was great to be able to see my cg mates again, it has been a long 3 months!! But the best part was that, last night i felt a sense or peace..something that i haven't felt for a long time. Like my burden or guilt and shame has been lifted off, a new strength and boldness.
I'm not saying that i no longer faces temptations and heartache..these things will always come as long as one can still breathe. When i came home last night, temptation just weight in, but it is written "My grace is sufficient for you and my strength is made perfect in your weakness". As asuring as that sentence is, God shows his faithfulness through that verse. I was able to overcome it. Praise Him, now i only hope and pray that it will continue to guide me thru. I'm not afraid of admitting this because i know at the end of the day it will all be reviewed.

I thank Joel for praying for and with me last night, i will always remember what he prayed for me and his passion for Christ. I am greatfully thankful that George, my cell mate and friend came to know Jesus as his own personal Lord and Saviour! It was awesome, tho i wasn't there when He accepted Christ and prayed the sinner's prayer, but my heart leap for Joy at the report of it. He told me personally yesterday!! Now how awesome is tha, not afraid to tell people that you have Jesus in you..Yeah..all the more i was encouraged...

I was rejuvenated yesterday, i see God's grace...

Lord, if you are willing. I ask that you would continue to guide and help me thru my life..i admit that i'm weak, but i embrace the fact that Your strength is made perfect. Thank you for never giving up on me, All glory and praise be the You. Amen
