Its been such a long time..i've been caught up with work, everytime come back, either i needed to relax or i'll just sleep...oh ya comp has been out for awhile, due to the lightning strike,. I guess i've begin to be a lil lazy on updating my blog, but thanks to ally..who so reminded me to do. Thanks!! hahaha.
the passed 2 weeks has been...well there are the ups and downs, but i made it thru with the grace of God. Looking back, i've been thru lashing times, where i've met an accident which i could have lightly died, but didn't. Times where i wanted to give up in industrial training, because of the workload, with only less than 10 staff in 3 kitchen, we had to cater for over 300 guess, No Joke!!..actually i'm still a lil traumatize over the accident, everytime as i pass the place where i crashed, thoughts would start to flow into my mind, its very scary.
I miss my friends in kl, college pals, my cg mates....actually i can't wait to go back there, and meet all of them again. Looking forward to seeing you guys...

its my 4th week into training now..1 month already, and this week i was place into pastry kitchen, YES!! pastry...i've learn a few stuff, learn how to make e'clairs, sponge cake, i hope to learn more today. I never knew learning could be that FUN!!. Tho i still feel like i'm much better cooking stuff, in the main kitchen. Yeah..speaking of cooking, i cooked something out the other day for my friends and family, tomato garlic with mozzarella cheese tart, roasted potatoes, and roasted pork(papprika,thyme leaves,mints) served with homemade black paper sauce..yeah hahaha..everything was completely gone in less than an hour hahaha...i do hope to cook for my cg...
