Its me again, once again stuck in college, doing my revision. So i thought why not blog a little first. This morning as i was waiting for the bus i realise that the schedule for the bus has been changed and instead of 8am bus, it only arrives at 8:15 am, what the!!
Class starts at 9am, and here i was waiting for half an hour for a bus!! But amazingly, it wasn't late for class, infact i was even earlier than my lecturer(she's always late as usual) Alrite, late...but she was i think pissed at us, partly i wouldn't blame her coz, i would get pissed at this class of mine as well, people come as they feel, at what time they feel like coming. Coming in late is one problem but making loud noises is too much rite??RITE?? Anyways, it was food science class, food science is really a pain in the arse! But don't get me wrong, its pretty interesting, but there is too many things to remember. OK for example, dietery fibre is divided into 2 parts, insoluble fibre, and soluble fibre. Worse thing is that we must know what is insoluble ones and the vise versa of the other. What is complex carbohydrate. Oh do you know that people always say if u take in too much of santan(coconut milk) your cholestrol level will increase, because santan contains high level if cholestrol, but the truth is santan does not have cholestrol, it has saturated fatty acid, which has single bond of carbon and hydrogen(-CH2-CH2-)
So when one take too much of saturated fat, it will increase ones bad cholestrol level! Do you know that a normal human needs 8 essential amino acid. When we eat eggs, we think that egg yolks are bad for health, but as a matter of a fact, we need egg yolk, because eating egg white alone is not enough, egg white contains 3types of protein(amino acid) but the egg yolk has 5.
Ok, i'm crapping too much, should get down to studies, I'm kinda in a dilemma now, whether to study or go for cg..arghh..anyways i got to go..Yeah baby!! I'm back in blogging!!
