Peach Tart

-i know i was suppose to post this up a few days ago, but i was just to busy with assesments, sorry ally-

Alrite, monday was pastry class, and it was fun. Seriously this time i had so much more fun during pastry than any other time,i was alone in a station. It was good. The menu for that day was peach tart. I actually made 4 tarts by myself which can feed up to 32people per piece la. SO it was a great achievement for me all in all.

After, the baking was done, we sent it to the main kitchen where the other chefs will prepare and sent it out to the servers which in turn will serve it to the guest. So after sent all the numbers required, we have left overs, boy was it good. But everyone couldn't eat anymore because all of us had at least one big piece, due to the extra left overs, so lecturer told us to pack it up and take it home, and i was thinking who to give? I couldn't bring it home, because if i do, it would either be rotten or unfresh(Which is the same) So i decided to give it to ally(which is why i say sorry on the above)

Late that day i was in the library studying, so i stumble upon ally, and asked her how was the tart. It was nice of her to give me an honest answer, though the answer wasn't all that sweet but it was honest! According to her the texture of it was good, but it was a little tasteless, which i took it well so that i can improve more, and make myself better. Thanks ally!

I feel so blessed and lucky to have come here to study, although this course is not as easy as people might think it is(same goes with me) but what i learn is worth the pain-in-the-ass!!! HAhaha. I've learn how to roast,bake, make tarts(always wanted that) Thank GOd.
