You must be thinking, my what the heck is James talking about here? Its french, though i have yet to master this language, i know some of the terms due the must in our order making in college.
Poisson saute basically means "saute fish", meuniere. servi avec, i think it basically means serve with pommes chateau, pommes means potatoes, chateau has something to do with wine. the rest is basically veggies, like coliflower. Pui Fun there u go, this was the dish that i cooked and brought it to cg, but it wasn't complete, coz there was no parsley,potatoes and coliflower. Then again the main thing is the fish.
I was really glad that you guys finish the fish today, and one furny thing was when jerry ate it, he asked me this question, where you bought this? I was like wow, seriously it taste like its from some professional meh? I was satisfy, hahaha. Its hard to get really fresh fish in Kl though, but today's fish was fresh enough. Hope no one gets liek food poisoning le..TeeHee.
I should consider cooking more often for my cg. But 1st i should ask Kenny to cook the next meal. Oh ya, Daniel asked me this, " So james what's the next menu for cg next week?" hahaha//cool

Fish!!!! I like fish a lot. Haven't eaten one in a very long time. I've got to chat with you about CG when there's time. Some ideas and stuff like that from Malaysia's perspective.
